Terms of Service
MorScan is developed, maintained, and operated by DRM3 Labs Corp. ("DRM3", "we"). By using this site or its API you agree to these terms.
1. What MorScan is
MorScan indexes public blockchain data from the Morpheus network on Base L2 and serves it through a dashboard and a REST API. The underlying facts (providers, bids, sessions, token balances, staking) live on a public blockchain; MorScan adds real-time indexing, derived aggregates, and cryptographically signed responses.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on MorScan is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
3. Data accuracy
Indexed state can lag the chain; the current lag is always shown at /health. Signed responses prove the data came from MorScan unaltered.
4. Acceptable use
- Open access is rate limited per IP. API keys carry their own limits.
- Do not circumvent rate limits, scrape past fair use, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside responsible disclosure.
- Do not resell API access without a written agreement with DRM3.
- We may throttle, suspend, or revoke access that violates these terms.
5. Open source
The MorScan software is open source under the Elastic License 2.0 (ELv2). You are welcome to run your own instance, and contributions are welcome: issues and pull requests on GitHub are encouraged. These terms govern this hosted service, not your use of the code.
6. Availability
Free tiers carry no uptime guarantee. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. Live service status is published at /health.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRM3 is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its data. MorScan is free to use - there are no paid tiers and we take no payment from you - so our total liability to you is limited to USD 100.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
