Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2, 2026

MorScan is developed, maintained, and operated by DRM3 Labs Corp. ("DRM3", "we"). By using this site or its API you agree to these terms.

1. What MorScan is

MorScan indexes public blockchain data from the Morpheus network on Base L2 and serves it through a dashboard and a REST API. The underlying facts (providers, bids, sessions, token balances, staking) live on a public blockchain; MorScan adds real-time indexing, derived aggregates, and cryptographically signed responses.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on MorScan is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Data accuracy

Indexed state can lag the chain; the current lag is always shown at /health. Signed responses prove the data came from MorScan unaltered.

4. Acceptable use

5. Fair Source

The MorScan software is Fair Source under FSL-1.1-MIT (free to use, fork, and self-host; no competing hosted service for 2 years; every release becomes MIT after two years, guaranteed). You are welcome to run your own instance, and contributions are welcome: issues and pull requests on GitHub are encouraged. These terms govern this hosted service, not your use of the code.

6. Availability

Free tiers carry no uptime guarantee. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. Live service status is published at /health.

7. Cookies and usage measurement

MorScan measures how the service is used so we can improve the experience and the product. Some of that is server-side and sets no cookies; analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not run advertising. What is collected, how long it is kept, and how to withdraw consent are set out in the Privacy Policy.

8. Payments

The explorer and its dashboards are free to use. Metered API access can be paid for with x402 payments: USDC on Base, either per call or as a prepaid call pack.

9. Staking

Staking MOR on the MorScan builder subnet is support for the project, not a payment to DRM3. Your MOR moves from your wallet to the Morpheus Builders contract; DRM3 never holds, routes, or pools your funds, and your principal stays yours. API capacity follows your live on-chain stake and falls back if you unstake. Unstaking is subject to a 90-day lock; that lock is a setting of the MorScan subnet on the Morpheus protocol, not something DRM3 can waive. No yield, reward, or return is promised. DRM3 operates the MorScan subnet and benefits from stakes on it. See /stake.

10. As-is, no warranties

MorScan is an open alpha service provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness. Data is served as-is from on-chain events; verify it with the provenance receipts.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRM3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its data. Our total liability to you is capped at the greater of USD 100 or the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
